The farm is only 8 Km. distance from Lake Trasimeno. It is conveniently located just 300 meters from Provincial Road SP 35 which goes from Cortona to Citta' di Castello.

In the three main farm structures are found rooms and independent apartments beautifully rennovated in wood and terracotta.
